About Us
The company is an exclusively Czech supplier of telecommunications solutions with more than twenty years of tradition in the field of telecommunications. Since its establishment in 1990, we have been engaged in the supply, installation, and maintenance of telephone exchanges of the ALCATEL-LUCENT brand, for which we are an authorized partner. In recent years, we have expanded our portfolio to include telephone exchanges from PANASONIC and 3CX.
Currently, in addition to the above, we provide delivery and installation of documentation and recording devices, interactive voice systems (e.g., Voice mail, automatic switchboard, audiotex), and telecommunications equipment (telephones, audioconferencing and videoconferencing devices, headsets, door systems, faxes, GSM/UMTS gateways). We also perform the supply, installation, modifications, and repairs of telephone wiring and computer networks, installation of structured cabling, and the supply and maintenance of security systems EZS and EPS.
We also provide post-warranty service for telecommunications equipment. We offer our customers a service contract for the maintenance of telecommunications equipment and technical support for all devices we supply. We closely cooperate with manufacturers of leading brands in the field of telecommunications, such as Alphatech, 2N, Concorde, Plantronics, Polycom, Siemens, or Well.
What we want to offer to the telecommunications market are capable and hardworking employees whose goal is to provide communication solutions that meet requirements, both technically and financially. We are able to create a highly cost-effective system with high utility value at low implementation costs.
